Join us for a community 5k fun run to close out the summer. Sponsored by the Council Bluffs Stake of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This event is open to everyone in the community.Â
Registration is required for chip timing, but drop-ins and same-day sign-ups are welcome.

Start / Finish line at Tom Hanafan River's Edge Park in Council Bluffs
Check-in begins at 3:30PM
Run starts at 4:30PM
Walk starts at 4:35PM
On-site registration will open from 3:30PM to 4:15PM. Please click the links to register ahead of time to secure a timing chip.
Community is everyone
Each year the local wards (congregations) of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints gather for a summer picnic. As part of this late summer picnic we've been hosting a run \ walk that is open to everyone in the community. This is the third year that we've held the picnic and 5k Run \ Walk at the River's Edge Park in Council Bluffs and it's a great location and time of year to enjoy some late summer fun and community gathering. All are welcome to join!
